My name is Mohammad Azizur Rahman. I am known as "Aziz" among my friends and family. A name that has two distinct meanings. Invincible and beloved. I am not invincible but can promise to be a beloved person in time. 

My father had a huge influence on my life. In every step of my life, he always taught me some unique behavioral attributes which helped me overwhelmingly to deal with different types of personalities in different types of situations. I don't want to dive into self clarifications with words. I rather ask for an opportunity where we get to know each other more in a practical situation.

The Reason Why Buyers Need an agent:

1. Only a buyer’s agent will negotiate with a listing agent (who is obligated only for the seller’s financial benefit) for the buyer’s financial benefit. Sometimes people think they can just find the listing agent and can negotiate the price with the listing agent directly. The listing agent’s only motivation is to help his/her clients. 

2. Buying process requires many things from the showing to the closing of a property. Attorney Review, Inspection, Appraisal, final walkthrough, etc. All these processes just open different windows of negotiation and only a buyer’s agent will point them out to you. 

3. It’s free! You don’t pay anything out of your pocket. The Buyer's commission is already built into the price of the house. Which will end up going to the listing agent where you could have your agent!

4. A good buyer’s agent has access to many MLS and can schedule properties for viewing almost instantly. Listing agents cover only certain areas. Buyer’s agents cover larger areas.
